WHAT MAKES OUR ADAPTIVE LESSONS DIFFERENT

Our Adaptive Aquatics Program isn’t a traditional swim class, it’s a specialized program created for students who require additional support to succeed in the water.

Led by instructors trained in adaptive teaching methods, behavior strategies, and inclusive communication, our lessons are carefully structured to meet each swimmer exactly where they are.

When you join, you’re enrolling in a personalized aquatic experience, not a general swim lesson. Each session is designed to help swimmers gain water confidence, learn essential safety skills, and enjoy positive, stress-free participation in the water.

Every swimmer deserves to feel safe, capable, and celebrated in the pool.

THE ADAPTIVE AQUATICS PROGRAM

Our 6-week Adaptive Aquatics Program is specifically designed for children who benefit from a more individualized approach to swim instruction.

Each lesson includes:

Customized teaching plans for each swimmer’s learning style and comfort level

Patient, consistent routines to build trust and water safety

Supportive communication for all abilities and learning needs

Positive reinforcement that celebrates progress, big and small

Please Note:

This program is not open to general enrollment. Because it’s a specialized offering, every swimmer must first complete:

1. A required intake form

2. A brief phone consultation

3. An in-water assessment

These steps help us determine if the Adaptive Aquatics Program is the right fit and ensure each swimmer is matched with the appropriate instructor and support plan.
